"The blend is 80% pinot noir, 20% côt. Immediately after having been harvested, the grapes are pressed slowly in order to extract all the aromatic power. Short contact time between the grape juice and the skin for the color. Fermentation occurs via indigenous yeast in cooled stainless steel tanks and then the wine is matured slowly on its fine lees until spring when bottled. The wine is fined (bentonite / vegan) and lightly filtered.
In the glass, The nose expresses white flesh fruits and has a good floral side. The mouthfeel is chiseled from the beginning to the end. A lots of length with minerality. The cuvée delivers a superb richness and is surprisingly generous. Great fresh and elegant Rosé wine."-Regal
